At LumynAI, we take your privacy seriously. This policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. We build our architecture with privacy-first principles to ensure your workspace remains secure.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, build a workflow, or submit queries to our AI models. This includes:
Account Data: Name, email address, and billing information.
Workspace Data: Text inputs, prompts, file uploads, and data retrieved via connected third-party integrations (e.g., Slack, Notion).
Telemetry: Usage statistics, error logs, and performance metrics to improve the platform.
2. AI Processing & Third-Party LLMs
Because LumynAI relies on large language models (LLMs) to function, your prompt data and vector embeddings are processed dynamically. We utilize intelligent routing to send data to providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic based on query complexity.
Important: We have strict zero-retention agreements with our LLM partners. Your data, prompts, and outputs are never used by these third parties to train their foundational models.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal data and workspace embeddings only for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, all associated vector data, logs, and billing details are permanently purged from our databases within 30 days.
