By accessing or using the LumynAI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the service.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the platform or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the service. Specifically, you must not:
Attempt to reverse-engineer our prompt routing logic or extraction engines.
Use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly abusive content.
Bypass our API rate limits or attempt to access endpoints not explicitly documented for public use.
2. API Usage & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Downgrading your plan may cause the loss of specific features, custom workflows, or API access capacity. LumynAI reserves the right to modify the pricing of our subscriptions with 30 days written notice.
3. AI Limitations & Liability
LumynAI provides workflow automation powered by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high accuracy, AI models can produce unpredictable, inaccurate, or "hallucinated" results.
You acknowledge that LumynAI is not liable for any business decisions, financial losses, or damages resulting from actions taken based on AI-generated outputs. All critical data and automated actions should be subject to human review.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
